Pair of Carved Walnut Chairs

A stunning pair of George I style carved walnut side chairs. Of traditional form and dating to the late 19th century the chairs are beautifully carved with a lovely quality shell motif to the top rail above a shaped and carved central splat back. The drop in seats with the original leather upholstery, the whole raised on carved cabriole legs with ball and claw feet.
